Niyaa people are working with a very well-respected housing association based in Stockton on Tees! The client is looking for a Property Surveyor who specializes in damp and mould, voids and responsive repairs to come and join their growing team!

Salary: £39,066-£41,411 (Plus essential car user allowance)

Role: Property Surveyor
Location: Stockton on Tees
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £39,066-£41,411 (Plus essential car user allowance)
Responsibilities of the Property Surveyor:
- Carry out regular pre and post inspections and property surveys for activity relating to repairs, voids, dampness, insurance reclaims and more
- Work collaboratively and manage external contractors ensuring they meet their contractual obligations in relation to cost, quality and performance
- Jointly work with Housing Officers to minimise any income loss
- Prepare specifications, schedules of work and tenders for minor and major works
