Compliance Surveyor - Gas and Heating
Bournemouth 220 - 250 per day Contract

We are actively looking for a Gas and Heating Surveyor to join a local authority in East Devon area on a temporary basis. In return you will receive a 3 month rolling contract, mileage coverage and the opportunity to be extended.

As the Gas Surveyor you will be:
- Updating all compliance ensuring everything is in line with legislation
- Ensuring all valuations are correct
- Responsible for ensuring all work is priced correctly, supporting the contract delivery surveyors
- Dealing with gas complaints from customers
Qualifications / Experience:
- CIOB / QS / RICS degree
- Previous experience managing gas complaints / liaising with customers
- Social housing experience
- Previous experience working as a QS valuating work
As the Gas Surveyor, you will receive:
- £220 - £250 per day
- 3 month rolling contract
- Mileage coverage
- The opportunity to be extended
