Niyaa people are working with a well-respected housing association based in Liverpool. They are looking for a competent Building Surveyor who can demonstrate skills of planned works, stock condition, reactive repairs and damp and mould.

Salary: £39,779 plus £1,353 car allowance

Role: Building Surveyor

Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:
- Carry out and assist with day to day duties including damp and mould, condition surveys, building surveys and project management skills
- Liaise with members and contractors to ensure effective delivery
- Be responsible for day to day delivery of reactive repairs and investment services

Ideal Building Surveyor would have:
- HND Qualification
- Experience of property maintenance and investment services
- Ability to conduct stock condition surveys and maintain data
- Knowledge of tendering processes
- Social Housing experience
