Niyaa People are working with local council within the West Midlands who are looking for a Team Manager Property Compliance officer who specialise in Asbestos to join their team on an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the Team Manager Property Compliance officer role:
Liaisie with contractors and stakeholders to allow projects to be run efficiently and in line with compliance regulations
Manage a team effectively to ensure professional growth and a high standard of work throughout
Cyclical maintenance programmes are all in place to keep properties in good condition as well as being compliant with any legislations
Carry out site visits and overseeing the delivery high quality service checks
Ensuring all actions are compliant with the budget of the local council
Key skills needed for the Team Manager Property Compliance officer role:
Must be P405 asbestos qualified
Demonstrated experience within programme and contract management
Technically efficient with modern technology
Strong background in effective communication with customers
Strong leadership skills and management skills
