We are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a well established contractor within the social housing sector in and around Portsmouth, Southampton and Guildford area. This is initially a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent.

Benefits the Multi Trade Operative will receive:
- Temporary rate: £22 per hour
- Permanent salary: £33,500 per annum
- Provided van and fuel card from day one
- Plus, additional benefits once permanent
As a Multi Trade Operative you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out repairs, planned maintenance, and void property
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Patch plastering
The successful Multi Trade Operative will have:
- Previous experience in social housing maintenance
- Qualified plasterer, or minimum of 5 years' experience in plastering
- Maximum of 6 penalty points on your driving licence
- Able to pass a DBS check
