We are currently seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join a respected and long-standing contractor specialising in social housing maintenance. Based across Dorset and the surrounding areas, this role focuses on planned maintenance and reactive repairs.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive:
£22-£24 per hour as a temp to perm rate
- Permanent salary of £36k-£38k, based on experience
- Company provided van & fuel card
- Opportunity to transition into permanent employment
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will:
- Undertake making good tasks including patch plastering, painting, loft hatch installations, and minor carpentry
- Deliver planned maintenance works in social housing properties
To succeed as a Multi Trade Operative, you'll need:
- Proven experience in social housing maintenance settings
- A valid NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in relevant trades
- Proficiency in a minimum of two trade disciplines (e.g. painting & decorating, carpentry, plastering)
