Stock Condition Surveyor
Birmingham 35K - 40K per year Permanent

Niyaa people are working with a leading property consultancy that are looking for a permanent Stock condition surveyor. As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will be conducting surveys on the end customers social housing stock, using a sophisticated PDF system to conduct up to 10 surveys per day.
Key experience:
Demonstratable experience in producing detailed condition reports
Knowledge of HHSRS
EPC experience (desired)

Flexible working hours (choice of start and finish times based around a 7.25 hour working day, core hours between 10am-4.15pm)

Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor:
Carry out property inspections
Produce reports on condition of the social housing stock
Liaise with managers and tenants to ensure excellent customer service
