Niyaa people are working with a leading property consultancy that are looking for a permanent Stock condition surveyor. As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will be conducting surveys on the end customers social housing stock, using a sophisticated PDF system to conduct up to 10 surveys per day.
Key experience:
Demonstratable experience in producing detailed condition reports Knowledge of HHSRS EPC experience (desired)

Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor:
Carry out property inspections Produce reports on condition of the social housing stock Liaise with managers and tenants to ensure excellent customer service
