Niyaa people are partnered with a property consultancy in Birmingham that are looking for a Retrofit Coordinator. This role will be ensuring the successful delivery of retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 standards.
Key responsibilities of the Retrofit Coordinator role:
Ensure compliance with PAS 2035 and understanding of PAS 2030 standards
Oversee and manage retrofit projects from assessment to delivery
Identify thermal bridges and simulate improvements using SAP modelling
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying
Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Assessment
Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency and Retrofit of Traditional Buildings
