Are you a Contract manager who has experience on retrofit projects?

I am looking for a Retrofit Contracts Manager to join a company in Essex. The Retrofit Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing retrofit contracts for the main client. This role offers a generous 6k car allowance.

Retrofit Contracts Manager duties:

Manage multiple contracts for the main client
Coordinate with installation teams
Monitor project progress ensuring safety regulations are met and projects are running on time and within budget
Oversee all retrofit projects ensuring compliance with industry standards

What is required for the Retrofit Contracts Manager role:

Experience in project management and contract management
Knowledge of industry standards and compliance such as PAS 2030/2035 would be beneficial but not essential
Experience in large scale social housing projects
Ability to coordinate with installation teams and manage project timelines
Experience in the insulation and solar products industry is a plus
