The Multi Trade Operative will be carrying out:
- Carpentry - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
- Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
- Patch plastering
- Patch tiling
- Painting
- Damp and mould removal
- Fitting air bricks and fans
We are looking to speak to a Multi Trade Operative who:
- Is time served or holds a relevant qualification
- Has similar industry experience
- Has experience dealing with damp and mould
- Has their own tools
- Has a full UK Driving licence
In return, Multi Trade Operative will receive:
- £40,000 a year annual salary
