In return the Grounds Maintenance Operative will receive:
- Hourly rate: £20 - £22ph paid weekly via umbrella
- Working In the Welwyn Garden City area
- Regular daytime shifts with early finishes in many cases - get your evenings back
- Join a friendly, supportive team where collaboration and pride in your work are key
- Initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to go permanent, depending on performance and contract needs
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be:
- Pruning and trimming trees to prevent obstruction of pathways or windows
- Hedge and bush reduction and shaping
- Painting
- Basic fencing
To be successful as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Social housing or domestic experience
- Have your own vehicle
- A driving licenses
- Clean DBS
- Asbestos aware
- Working at Height
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday 8 - 5pm & Friday 8-4pm
