We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Client Relationship Manager - Supply Chain & Social Housing, to join their growing team. delivering management services across key housing frameworks within the social housing sector.
This is a pivotal role focused on managing supplier relationships, supporting members, and driving business development within the social housing and housing frameworks space across the London area.
The Client Relationship Manager will receive:
• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum • Pension Scheme: 5% contribution (matching employee contribution) • Holidays: 25 days per annum (pro rata to start date) plus bank holidays • Hybrid working options • Full-time, permanent contract
Key Responsibilities for the Client Relationship Manager
• Manage supply chain relationships to support frameworks, contracts, and DPS programmes within the social housing sector • Provide operational support to both the Member Services Team and supply chain partners • Onboard and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers • Support mobilisation and delivery of member programmes and call-off contracts • Assist in the negotiation of call-off contracts to maximise value for social housing members • Identify consultancy and business development opportunities to add value for housing and framework members • Support events such as seminars, roundtables, and conferences, while maintaining strong relationships across the housing supply chain • Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and monitoring of social value and CSR activities • Keep up to date with legislative or sector changes impacting service delivery in the social housing and construction markets
Requirements for the The Client Relationship Manager:
• Proven experience in supply chain management, partnerships, or business development within the social housing or construction sector • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Full UK driving licence • Knowledge of public procurement rules, commercial contractual arrangements, or social housing frameworks is desirable • Confident, resilient, and a proactive team player
