I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist Retrofit Contractor in Essex. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading commercial negotiations, overseeing tenders and approving valuations. This is an office based position.

Quantity Surveyor duties:
- Review and approve valuations and costs
- Support procurement and contract compliance
- Ensure job-level margin protection
- Oversight of subcontractor commercials
What is required for the Quantity Surveyor role:
- Social housing maintenance/ refurbishment experience
- Knowledge of Retrofit and Sustainability contracts
- Relevant degree/ qualifications
- Experience leading negotiations
