Are you ready to become a Supervisor for a reputable organisation? I am working with a well-respected contractor who are partnering with councils and housing associations across the country! They're after 3 Supervisors to join their team as they have just secured a major contract worth millions!
Location: Oldbury (office based 5 days a week)
Role: Desk Based Supervisor
Salary: £39,000

Responsibilities of the Supervisor:
- Overseeing contract performance, liaising with residents and customers
- Ensure Operatives, suppliers and subcontractors follow health and safety guidelines and deliver high quality work on time
- Schedule appointments in collaboration with the call centre
- Complete risk assessments, toolbox talks and submit pre-inspection reports
- Attend regular team meetings
What the ideal Supervisor would look like:
- Experience in the repairs and maintenance industry
- Familiar with health and safety regulations and maintenance processes
- Full, clean UK driving licence
