As an Asset Surveyor, you will be:
Carrying out surveys on cavity walls for residential properties
Evaluating the condition of buildings and identifying areas for improvement
Advising on repairs, maintenance, and future investment needs
Managing survey data and presenting findings to relevant teams
Contributing to long-term property strategies
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Solid experience in Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related field within the housing or construction sectors
Strong knowledge of building fabric, condition surveys, and maintenance assessments
Proficiency with survey tools and software (ideally experience with cavity wall surveys)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying, Construction, or a related discipline (e.g., HNC, HND, Degree)
Industry experience in property or asset management, or a similar role within the housing sector

Hybrid working: Primarily home-based with minimal site visits required
Competitive hourly rate of £40 per hour, transitioning to a salary of £39,000 annually upon permanent conversion
