A successful housing provider in the North East is looking for a Communications Officer, to keep colleagues informed and engaged whilst supporting a clear organisational vision, through events coordination, content creation and internal communications. In this position, you will be:
Creating clear, engaging content across internal channels
Supporting colleague engagement and helping keep teams informed and connected
Managing internal platforms and helping improve channel performance
Supporting corporate events and engagement activity across the organisation
Working collaboratively with teams to bring organisational strategy to life
Using digital tools, analytics, and content management systems to support internal engagement
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
Degree-level education or equivalent experience
A communications-related qualification
Experience in colleague engagement, content creation or internal messaging
Confidence using content management systems and digital marketing methods
Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A collaborative approach and a full UK driving licence
Housing sector experience
