Enjoy a permanent Electrician role with a £42,000 salary, company van and fuel card provided from day one. Join a well-established property maintenance team working across Newcastle-under-Lyme and the surrounding areas, with two different electrical opportunities available across planned works and EICRs.
There are two Electrician positions available, depending on your experience and preferred type of work. Both offer consistent Monday to Friday hours, an early finish on Fridays and the option of permanent or temp-to-perm employment.

Location & travel
This Electrician role is based around Newcastle-under-Lyme, with travel of approximately 30 miles across the surrounding areas. Ideally, you’ll be based locally and happy travelling between properties using the provided van and fuel card.

As an Electrician on the Planned Upgrades & Kitchen Works team, you will be:
- Carrying out planned electrical upgrades in domestic properties
- Completing rewires, with approximately one completed per week
- Installing and replacing consumer units
- Completing electrical works as part of kitchen upgrade programmes
As an Electrician on the EICR team, you will be:
- Completing approximately 2–3 EICRs per day
- Carrying out electrical testing and inspection
- Completing remedial works following EICRs where time allows
- Booking remedial works for a later date where there isn’t enough time to complete them during the initial visit
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification – essential
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Electrical Installation, or an equivalent qualification such as City & Guilds Part 2 and 3
- A full UK driving licence
- Relevant domestic electrical experience
The Electrician role is offering the following:
- £42,000 salary
- Permanent or temp-to-perm opportunity
- Company van and fuel card
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm
- Cyclical out-of-hours call-out rota
- £160 for each day you are on call, Monday to Sunday
- £30 per call-out, plus enhanced pay
