We're looking for a Head of Building Safety.

Midland Heart are looking for someone build and deliver their programme of Building Safety compliance, ensuring they remain fully compliant with all statutory, regulatory, and best practice building safety requirements.

You'll be working closely with internal and external auditors, validating data requests, reviewing and make recommendations on audit next steps, ensuring owners are assigned and plans are put into place to address findings.

Your main duty will be to ensure all properties are safe, secure, well maintained and compliant.

This role is offering between £82,120 per annum.
