This is an exciting opportunity for a construction manager to join a vast East - Midlands based housing association to successfully deliver on a scheme promising over 180 new homes a year. The successful candidate will be able to lead and manage smaller new build schemes all the way to large regeneration schemes. You will be leading a talented and hard-working development team whilst in collaboration with their design team and a framework of contractors.
The responsibilities of the Construction Manager;
The ability to successfully deliver an annual portfolio of over 180 new homes a year
Effective in team leadership, managing their team's performance, motivation and development of team members
Have an in-depth understanding of risk, contract and programme management, being able to ensure all schemes are done to the highest quality, yet keeping within time and budget constraints.
To produce accurate cash flow forecasts across all schemes, showing a high level of cost management.
Ensure proactive responses to causes for concern with solutions through regular and accurate reporting to senior management.
To be a successful Construction Manager you will need;
Evidence of experience in leadership, planning, procuring and managing multi-million-pound investment programmes.
Proof of continuous professional development.
Excellent understanding of the social housing sector and practises.
Evidence of ability to deliver projects to a given standard within set time and budget guidelines.

A large Housing provider are seeking a Business Development and Land Manager to join the Development and Commercial Team on a Permanent Basis. As the Business Development and Land Manager you will manage the New Business and Land Team, promoting the Business to deliver relationship management, and take the lead on Land Acquisitions.
