A local housing association in Nottingham is looking to hire a Senior Asset Management Officer. This is a great permanent contract with a number of benefits, including a 5-7% matched pension scheme as well as a laptop and phone. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for the head of asset management and development.
As the Senior Asset Management Officer, you will be expected to:
Lead and manage the Asset Management team, including technical & administrative staff.
Monitor and review the teams' performance.
Ensure the delivery of the planned major and minor works.
Complete pre and post-inspections, ensuring they meet expected standards.
Oversee the technical support
Ensure tenants complaints are dealt with.
Oversee all health and safety.
Participate in site meetings
I'd be excited to speak to Senior Asset Management Officers who have:
Health and safety compliance knowledge
Knowledge of CDM and other maintenance regulations
A technical construction qualification
Experience in managing a team and contractors
Ability to diagnose repairs and draw up specifications

A local housing association is looking to hire a Technical Officer within the West Midlands to work alongside another two technical officers. This is a great permanent opportunity to work for a company that has won a number of prestigious awards.
As a Technical Officer, you will be expected to:
Provide stock management
Work alongside the housing associations partners and customers
Provide technical assistance
Assess property conditions surveys
Specify repair works
Develop and manage asset and project plans
