I am looking for a DEA Stock Condition Surveyor to join a housing association in Hertfordshire. The DEA Stock Condition Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out Domestic Energy and Stock Surveys to the clients portfolio. This is a hybrid role with business mileage included.

DEA Stock Condition Surveyor duties:
- Conduct physical inspections of buildings, to assess their condition and energy efficiency
- Applying the HHSRS to identify potential health and safety hazards within the property
- Prepare detailed reports on the condition of the property, including recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and improvements
What is required for the role:
- Level 3 certificate in DEA
- Experience carrying out domestic energy assessments and stock condition surveys
- Social housing experience
