Niyaa people are working with a well-respected local authority based in Northampton. The client is looking for two Repairs Team Leaders to join them on a temporary, or permanent basis!
Role: 2x Repairs Team Leaders
Location: Northampton (5 days a week office and site)
Salary or rate negotiable
Responsibilities of the Repairs Team Leader:

Responsibilities of the Repairs Team Leader:
- Report into Repairs Manager with any feedback regarding properties or team etc.
- Complete visits on Local Authority properties.
- Managing a team of Trades operatives in the Response Repairs team
- Arrange pre and post inspections on repairs works
- Liaise directly with tenants
Main criteria for the Repairs Team Leader:
- Property repairs experience
- H&S Knowledge
- Held a similar role in a similar organisation
- Housing Sector experience
