Niyaa People are working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking for a Fire Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role is offering a salary of £60,000 per annum.

Responsibilities of the Fire Contracts Manager role:

Managing a 4 year passive fire contract worth £10 million
Raising any orders needed for the contract
Making sure the project is completed in line with the budget and KPIs set
Managing the contractors on site to ensure that work is being carried out properly and effectively
Liaising and working alongside the directors to report any problems on site and the standard of completed work

Key skills needed for the Fire Contracts Manager role:

NVQ Level 3 in passive fire
SMSTS qualification
Experience working and managing a social housing contract efficiently
Passive fire knowledge and background
