Salary: £33,135.47
Hours: 37 hours per week (3 days office-based, 2 days working from home)

Key Responsibilities as a Housing Officer:
- Manage a dispersed patch of properties across Leicester and Nottingham
- Carry out estate inspections and property viewings
- Handle low to high levels of anti-social behaviour (ASB)
- Conduct tenancy sign-ups and assist with housing benefit queries
About You:
- Proven experience working as a Housing Officer within social housing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle sensitive tenant situations
- Ability to manage a busy caseload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of housing management systems and software is desirable
