We're seeking a highly experienced Housing Systems Lead to drive the configuration, optimisation and integration of the OmniLedger (Pyramid) housing management system and True Context digital forms platform across rapidly expanding supported housing services for a Housing Charity in Luton.

You'll play a key role in translating operational challenges into innovative system-led solutions, ensuring system effectiveness, compliance and continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities of a Housing Systems Lead:

Lead the configuration, optimisation, and integration of OmniLedger (Pyramid) and True Context systems across the organisation.
Engage with departments to identify operational challenges and implement system solutions that drive efficiency and service improvement.
Provide expert support, training, and guidance to colleagues, ensuring effective system adoption and confident usage.
Act as the main liaison with OmniLedger developers and external stakeholders, managing projects and ensuring business needs are met.

Essential Requirements:

Proven expertise in OmniLedger (Pyramid), including configuration of all modules and integration with True Context.
Strong ability to translate operational requirements into effective system solutions.
Excellent communication skills with experience in training and supporting non-technical users.
Solid understanding of supported housing legislation, regulatory standards, and housing benefit processes.
