We are seeking a Scheduling Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations of the Repairs & Voids service, overseeing performance management of the administrative team, and fostering a customer-first culture. This role offers hybrid working and is a great opportunity to assist this local authority with a significant transformation to enhance the quality of their repairs services.
Key Responsibilities of a Scheduling Team Leader:
Manage and lead the Repairs Scheduling, Financial, and Administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor team performance and implement improvements to meet service standards.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and external contractors to ensure service continuity.
Support the Property Repairs Manager in the development and transformation of the repairs service.
Requirements:
Proven leadership and people management skills with experience of leading change in a repairs, property, or housing management environment.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering excellent customer-focused outcomes.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and organisational skills to prioritise competing demands.
Proficiency in MS Office at an advanced level; experience with systems such as Agresso and Total Mobile is an advantage.
