Step into this temp to perm role, offering £23 per hour or £37k once permanent. Enjoy a company van and fuel card supplied from day one! This role involves working within social housing on responsive repairs in Andover and surrounding areas.
As a Plumber, you'll receive:
- £23 per hour £37k when permanent
- Company van and fuel card
- Uniform
- Local work
As a Plumber, you'll be:
- Working on responsive repairs
- Doing repairs to domestic plumbing installations
- Installing replacement sanitary ware and baths, shower trays and level decks and associated equipment
- Installing kitchen sinks
- Installing new pipe work (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)
- Installing and repairing water mains supplies, heating system pipe work and drainage stop taps
- Some Multi Trade works may be required
As a Plumber, you'll need:
- A minimum of a NVQ level 2 plumbing qualification or at least 5 years experience within this trade
- Experience working within occupied homes
- A full and current driving licence
- Skills in other trades are desirable
