Newcastle 21 - 22 per hour Contract

We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Trade Operative in the Newcastle-under-Lyme area to work for a well-established housing association on a temp-to-perm basis. We are ideally looking for individuals with experience in social housing, property maintenance, or construction.
In return, the successful Multi-Trader will receive:
·Between £21 to £22 per hour
·Use of a company vehicle from day one, along with a fuel card
·Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
·3-month temp contract
·Potential for full-time employment (if desired)
In this Multi-Trader role, you will be responsible for:
·Undertaking improvement work and a wide range of property maintenance, including plumbing, plastering, and carpentry & joinery repairs
·Undertaking general maintenance jobs
·Ordering and delivery of materials
·Managing cost control of each job to ensure works are delivered within budget
For this Multi-Trader role, you'll need:
·A full UK driving licence
·Must be PDA-competent
·Be willing to have a DBS check, and have or be willing to complete Asbestos Awareness and Manual Handling training
