We are currently looking for a Carpenter in the Southampton area to join a well-established housing association on a permanent basis. This role involves working within domestic tenanted properties, where a company van and fuel card are supplied from day one!
In return, the Carpenter will receive:
·Company van & fuel card
·Overtime and call-outs available
·Salary: £35,600 + overtime
·Annual leave package (25 days' holiday + bank holidays)
·Pension scheme
·Permanent employment
As a Carpenter, you will be expected to complete:
·All aspects of carpentry
·Reactive repairs within domestic properties
·Call-outs 1 in 9 weeks
We are looking for a Carpenter who:
·Has a full UK driving licence
·Has relevant industry experience
·Has experience within social housing
