In return the Painter and Decorator will receive:
- £33,475 annual salary
- Company van and fuel card

As a Painter and Decorator, you'll be:
- Working on repairs and void properties
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests
- Ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards
- Support all trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service
- Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve them efficiently
Ideally, I want to speak to a Painter and Decorator that has:
- Experience in Social housing or Domestic
- Over 5 years trade experience
- Plastering experience is essential
- Able to silcon to good standard
- Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively
- Full UK Driving Licence (vans will be provided from day one)
- DBS check is required
