Permanent contract
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Salary circa £28,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
Stable daytime hours with no rotating shifts

In this position, you will be:
Managing front desk operations and completing handovers with night staff
Maintaining building security and carrying out regular welfare and building checks
Conducting room inspections and ensuring residents adhere to property rules
Handling administration including emails, bookings, check-ins and check-outs
Liaising with the local authority regarding room availability and resident information
Responding to resident enquiries and providing light housing-related guidance where appropriate
Working independently and proactively managing tasks throughout the day

Confidence managing challenging conversations professionally and calmly
The ability to balance empathy with firmness when enforcing policies and procedures
Strong communication skills across face-to-face, telephone and email interactions

Good administrative skills and attention to detail
