Key responsibilities of this Housing Officer role:
- Provide administrative support to Housing Officers
- Accompany Housing Officers on their patch with tenancy sign-ups, viewings, and property visits
- Carry out well-being checks on tenants
- Support with workload management and compliance in preparation for housing inspections
- Strong housing knowledge with a good understanding of housing legislation
- Confident using housing management systems with a keen eye for compliance and accurate record-keeping
- Proven experience working as a Housing Officer or in a similar role in a general needs setting
